Sorry for the RSS problems, I’m updating it now. In the meantime check out this post Colin Moock made about ActionScript 3’s flaws. Flash has come a long way since its inception and as Moock points out it is moving far, far away from those original goals set all those years ago. Of course we live in a different time and Flash has become a developer’s tool for a whole new set of functions, but the bar for entry has definitely been raised with AS3.
