For a reason I cannot determine the ability to put ‘Always On Top’ in Windows Vista has eluded Microsoft. Just as it had in Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Me, Windows NT, Windows 98, Windows 95 and possibly Windows 3.11 for Workgroups. Pushpin was written a long time ago from what I can tell, but it still works in Vista. I guess Microsoft did that right.

At 25k it is ridiculously small and all it does is allow me to bring windows to the front. Perfect.
